After overcoming a knee injury during her first season with OBU, Rachel (Stark) Boylan made up for lost time on Bison Hill, scoring 1,011 career points, 21st all-time, and recording the program’s highest career scoring average (22.5) and second-highest career free throw percentage (85.9).

Her 780 points during the 2000-2001 season are the second-most in school history, while her season scoring average of 22.9 points per game rank third in the OBU record books.

Boylan was named the 2001 NAIA and Sooner Athletic Conference Player of the Year and was also honored as an All-America Scholar Athlete.
