In addition to cheering on the Bison on game days, the OBU spirit squads have cemented themselves as one of the nations's premier collegiate programs. The OBU STUNT team has claimed national titles in two of the past three seasons (2024 & 2026), as well as three runner-up finishes (2021, 2022, 2023) and a third-place showing (2025). Oklahoma Baptist has also won a pair of national titles in the NCA Division II All Girl Advanced category (2019 & 2021), two titles in Dance (2024 & 2026), as well as a national championship in All Girl Intermediate (2019).

Beginning with then 2027 season the Bison will compete at the NCAA Division II level in STUNT, which will mark the sport's first season as an NCAA-sanctioned sport. OBU also competes at the NCA Division II All Girl Advanced, All Girl Intermediate, and NDA Dance.
