Blankenship, a 5-10, forward, transfers to OBU from San Jacinto College and will be a junior. She helped SJC to a conference title in 2018. She averaged 9.2 points and 6.9 rebounds per game.

She played for Coach Alison Campbell at North Shore Senior High School in Houston, where she was TABC First Team All-State, MVP of the Houston All-Star Game, First Team All-Region, First team All-South Texas, South Texas Freshman Newcomer of the Year, and Co-MVP of the District.
Â
"I made the decision to attend Oklahoma Baptist University because I saw the opportunity to better myself not only on the court but off of it also," Blankenship said. "Everyone made me feel wanted and welcomed. After a lot of prayer and conversation with my mentors, this was the school God set my heart on and this is where I needed to be."
Â
The daughter of Crystal Conigland and Jerome Blankenship, Victoria attends South Union Missionary Baptist Church.
