Bison Wrap Up Second Round at Royal Links

LAS VEGAS – (Round Two Results) Oklahoma Baptist men's golf improved 11 strokes from round one to round two, but slipped to 14^th Monday at the Las Vegas Desert Classic, hosted by the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
 
The Bison shot 303 as a team at Royal Links Golf Club after an opening round of 314 on Sunday. OBU's 617 two-day total is just seven strokes off Barton College in 10^th place. Top-ranked West Florida sits first as a team in 573 and owns the top individual performance with Chandler Blanchet's 12-under 132.
 
Mason Nutt is tied for 26^th place at 151 following a three-over 75 in round two. Dalton Rhoden paced the team with a one-over 73 and is tied for 41^st with a 153 total. Davis Farnell shot 76, bringing his score to 155 through two rounds. Payton Posada and Dakota Clark each carded a 79 Monday. Posada sits at 158 and Clark 160 heading into the final round.
