TAMPA, Fla. – Oklahoma Baptist standout receiver
Keilahn Harris was named to the East-West Shrine Bowl 1000 list this week. He is the first Bison player to ever be selected. Harris is also one of just 29 NCAA Division II players to make the list.
Every year, approximately 1000 all-star game eligible players are drafted, signed after the draft, or attend a rookie mini-camp. The Shrine Bowl 1000's purpose it to serve as a look into the scouting process, as well as begin to preview college players who are currently all-star game eligible for the 2023 East-West Shrine Bowl and 2023 NFL Draft class.
Through two seasons at OBU, the Richardson, Texas native has hauled in 19 touchdowns, including a school-record 16 last fall, racked up over 1,400 receiving yards and named as an All-GAC First Team and D2CCA Second Team All-America selection after the 2021 campaign.
Additionally, the quick, six-foot receiver hauled in a program-record 15 passes against Ouachita last season and notched a program-record 140 return yards in a contest versus Northwestern Oklahoma State.
