The squad crossed the finish line in 3:41.05, a season-best and slightly faster than their qualifying time of 3:42.81. Furthermore, the relay team is the first to collect All-American recognition at the Outdoor Championships since 2019, when the Bison claimed fourth overall.
On Saturday, McKey also competed in the 400m hurdles final, finishing fifth overall with a personal best time of 59.01 for another First-Team All-American nod. She improved from her qualifying time of 59.81, earned on Thursday.

Today marks McKey's fourth career All-American honor, as she earned second-team recognition in 2021 at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships (4x400 Relay) and First-Team at the 2022 Indoor Championships (4x400 Relay).
Addison Brooks, a freshman, earns the second All-American honor of her career as she was also a part of the 2022 Indoor 4x400 relay squad.
Seniors Taylor James and Tizhane Brooks collect their third All-American recognitions of their esteemed careers on Bison hill, featuring two First-Team nods in 2022.
