SHAWNEE – Do you think you have what it takes to be Shaz the Bison? Then sign up and try out for the opportunity to carry on the prestigious history of Shaz the Bison!
OBU is looking for talented, outgoing, hardworking, and passionate OBU students. There are
scholarship opportunities associated with being Shaz beginning in the spring 2021 semester.
Expectations for Shaz include:
- Attending all home football games
- Attending all home men's and women's basketball games
- Attending other various athletic events
- Showing a high level of Bison pride at each event

When: Saturday, August 22
, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Where: Mabee Suite (Noble Complex)
Who: Open to current OBU students
Attire: Casual – shirt, shorts, and tennis shoes. (No other college logos)
