SHAWNEE – McKayla Roberson, a former student at Oklahoma Baptist University, was hired as the Athletics Executive Assistant effective June 1.
In her new role with OBU Athletics, she'll assist with the athletic event ticketing process, manage all purchase order requests within the department and aid in the financial and budgeting process.
Furthermore, Roberson will help maintain and file records and correspondence, assist with recruiting activities and provide assistance with gameday ticket sales.
During her two years at OBU (2018-20), Roberson was a student worker who helped on game days by selling tickets and assisted in the setup and breakdown of events.
