SHAWNEE – The Oklahoma Baptist women's cross-country team was announced fourth in the Central Region polls released Tuesday. This is the third consecutive week the Bison have maintained a top five ranking.

Kayla McGruder of the women's team participated in the Missouri Southern Stampede. Coach Kennedy praised his runner's performance citing an overall improvement of 1:11 in the meet.

Oklahoma Baptist remains the highest-ranking team in the Great American Conference and the highest in the state.
