Bison Remain in Top 25

NEW ORLEANS, La. – For the 20th-straight week, the Bison women's cross country team has maintained their standing in the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches' Association national poll. Oklahoma Baptist clocks in at No. 25 for the third time this season.
 
The Bison have yet to fall against Division II competition this season, claiming first place in both the Central Oklahoma Land Run and Chili Pepper Festival. At the Chile Pepper Festival, OBU finished with an average team time of 18:41.38 and placed all five scoring runners in the top 25.
 
Oklahoma Baptist is back in action this weekend as the team hosts the OBU Invitational at Gordon Cooper Technology Center on Saturday, Oct. 12. The women's race is set to begin at 10 a.m.
