SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist gets back to work at Harding in a 5:30 p.m. women's basketball game Thursday in Searcy, Arkansas.

OBU currently is in a three-way tie for fourth place in the Great American Conference at 7-8 with Harding a game back in a three-way tie for seventh. Overall, OBU is 12-9 and Harding is 10-13.

The Lady Bison scored 49 points in the first half and cruised to an 86-76 win over Harding in January.
McKenzie Cooper scored 26 points, followed by
Autumn Avina at 18 and
Tasha Edge at 16. Edge had a team-best eight rebounds.

Harding's Kellie Lampo led Harding with 26 points, followed by Sydney Layrock at 15 and Carissa Caples at 10. Lampo had 10 rebounds.

Oklahoma Baptist is second in the Great American Conference and ninth in the nation at 80.9 points per game. OBU has done it with efficient shooting. The Lady Bison are 11th nationally at 79.9 percent from the free throw line, 29th nationally in first in the GAC at 44.5 percent from the field and 16th in Division II at 37.1 percent from three-point range.

McKenzie Cooper is third in the nation in free throw percentage at 92 percent and fourth in the nation in three-point percentage at 48.5 percent. The school records are 86.7 free throw percentage by Rachel Stark in 2001 and 47.7 three-point percentage by Mandi Farris in 2004.
