St. JOSEPH, Mo. – Oklahoma Baptist finished tied for ninth in the rain-shortened Holiday Inn Express Classic, hosted by Missouri Western State at the St. Joseph Country Club.

The 36 holes scheduled for Monday were shortened to 18 and Tuesday's round was canceled.

OBU shot 296 on the wet course, led by
Payton Posada, who finished in a tie for 14
th at 72.

Davis Farnell and
Dakota Clark tied for 34
th at 74.
Hudson Hoover was 54
th at 76 and
Josh Grounds shot a 78 to finish in a tie for 72
nd.

Washburn won the event with a 284, followed by Henderson State and Missouri Western at 287, Northeastern State and Southwestern Oklahoma State at 290, Southern Arkansas at 292, Central Missouri and Winona State at 293, OBU and Southeastern Oklahoma State at 296, Bemidji State at 297, Harding at 298, Upper Iowa at 300, Concordia-St. Paul at 302, Minnesota State-Mankato at 305, Augustana at 309, St. Cloud State at 313 and Minnesota-Crookston at 319.
