Coming Up on Bison Hill (Jan. 8-14)

SHAWNEE – Despite just two home games this week, it's a full slate for the Bison and Lady Bison. Here's what's coming up on Bison Hill.
 
Thursday: Men's and Women's Indoor Track and Field head to Wichita, Kansas, for the Shocker Prelude. The first meet of 2018 for both squads, OBU combined for 45 NCCAA qualifying marks at last year's Prelude. Women's Basketball wraps up their three-game homestand against Southeastern Oklahoma State at 5:30 p.m. inside the Noble Complex. The Lady Bison are looking for their first win in four tries against the Savage Storm. Men's Basketball will try to make it back-to-back wins in Great American Conference play for the first time this season when they take on Southeastern at 7:30 p.m. on Bison Hill. A win would be the first for the Bison over the Savage Storm since transitioning to Division II.
 
Saturday: Women's Basketball makes the drive to Alva to square off with Northwestern Oklahoma State at 1 p.m. from the Percefull Fieldhouse. Oklahoma Baptist swept the Rangers last season, including a dominant 78-53 victory in Alva. Men's Basketball takes on the Rangers at 3 p.m. on the road in Alva. The Bison split the series last year, with both teams winning on their home floor.
