Perdew Named GAC Golfer of the Week

SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist senior Kyle Perdew has been named the Great American Conference Men's Golfer of the Week after turning in two stellar performances.
 
In the first tournament of the spring at the TMU Spring Invitational, Perdew led the Bison to a first place finish after carding a 54-hole score of one-under 209 to tie for 11th place.
 
In the Arbor Hotels Invitational this week, the Yukon, Oklahoma, native scored the lowest team total with a nine-over par 225, where he tied for 23rd place individually.
 
Perdew is the second OBU golfer to earn the award this year, as freshman Lucas Coapman won it back in September.
