Spring Game Set for May 6

SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist begins spring football practice April 5, culminating in the Spring Game at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 6.
 
The Spring Game will be a full contact intra-squad scrimmage open to the public at Crain Family Stadium at the Hurt Memorial Athletics Complex.
 
Returning Bison and transfers start with non-contact drills for the first two practices with no-tackle contact starting with the third day of practice, April 8.
 
The team will typically practice Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4 to 6 p.m., taking off for Good Friday April 14.
 
The team also will participate in four community service projects. They will serve at the Kiwanis Pancake Feed April 6, work at South Central Sheltered Workshop April 8, participate in Relay for Life April 28 and work the Kiwanis Little Olympics May 5.
