SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist is tied for 42
nd in the first NACDA Directors' Cup standings of the fall – the first in which OBU is eligible to appear.
The first standings calculate only cross country and OBU's 20
th place finish scored 54 points for the university.
OBU is tied in that slot with Central Missouri and is the only GAC school to score points in the initial set of standings.
The next fall rankings, which include soccer, come out Dec. 7 and the final fall standings are released with the conclusion of football and volleyball Dec. 21.
