SHAWNEE – In order to ensure the best possible experience for fans attending Saturday's OBU football home opener against Arkansas Tech, a Game Day Info page has been created with important details related to Bison football games.
Items of interest include campus, local, and stadium maps, ticket and parking information, tailgating regulations, as well as a comprehensive list of prohibited items.
Tickets | Game Day Information
For the safety of student-athletes, coaches and fans, certain items are prohibited at athletics events held on the OBU campus. The most notable change to the prohibited items policy from previous years is the exclusion of backpacks, bags or oversized purses (with the exception of medically-necessary or childcare-related items). As in the past, all carried items are subject to search prior to entering the facility. Prohibited items should be returned to the owner's car or discarded.
Additionally, the player pass list has been relocated to the lobby of the Recreation and Wellness Center (RAWC). Player families and guests who are on the complimentary ticket list will be required to show ID in order to pick up their tickets, per NCAA regulations.
Tickets for Saturday's game are available online by clicking the link above, or by visiting OBUBison.com/Tickets. Patrons who purchase tickets in advance online save 10 percent over the game day ticket price. The game day Ticket Office, located between Gates 1 and 2, will open two hours prior to kickoff. General admission tickets for Bison football at $10, while a limited number of reserved seats in Sections 1 and 3 are available for $20.
OBU hosts a total of six home games at Crain Family Stadium at the Hurt Complex in 2016, the program's second year of competition in the Great American Conference and NCAA Division II.
