The Bison accepted an at-large bid to the 17-team field, and will compete at the Hombre Golf Club. The Hombre is a unique course that features three separate nines, the "Good," the "Bad," and the "Ugly." A different course configuration featuring two of the nines will be played each day.

Â
After breaking into the top five
Luke Garner has posted two consecutive top-10 finishes, capped off with a seventh place finish at the OBU Fall Invitational.

The Hombre is a difficult test for the players, with the course rating between 72.7 and 74.4 depending on the setup. Only three players finished below 10-over par last season, with Perdew posting the low round of the tournament at one-under 71.
