Box Score 4 WICHITA FALLS, Texas – The Oklahoma Baptist tennis teams concluded their two-day trip to Texas as they battled Southwest Baptist and Cameron on Saturday afternoon on the campus of Midwestern State.
The women dropped a 4-0 decision to the Bearcats before falling later that day to the Aggies, 6-1.
The Bison struggled to get much momentum going in the contest despite
Lin Xin Tan leading 5-4 at No. 1 singles when the match went final.
Jenna Noel got the lone win at No. 2 singles as she dominated, 6-0, 6-4.
The men also dropped their pair of matches, falling 4-0 to Southwest Baptist and 7-0 to Cameron.
Christian Siegle was even at 6-6 when the match was called against Southwest Baptist.
OBU will return to action at home on Thursday as they take on Southwestern (Kan.) beginning at 3 p.m.
