SHAWNEE – The Oklahoma Baptist tennis teams dropped a home conference matchup to Southern Arkansas on Saturday afternoon at the Bison Tennis Complex. The women dropped a 6-1 decision in GAC play while the men dropped a 7-0 match in MIAA play.
After dropping the doubles point,
Gabrielly Lamas got the win for OBU at No. 3 singles in a thrilling three setter, 4-6, 7-5, 1-0 (10-7). However, the Muleriders rolled through singles to take teh 6-1 victory.
On the men's side, OBU struggled throughout the day as Southern Arkansas was able to sweep the match.
OBU will return home on Tuesday, April 6 as they take on Cowley County at 3 p.m.
