SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist women's soccer coach Michael White officially announced his 2020 recruiting class Wednesday, welcoming eight new players to Bison Hill.
The 2020 group includes three defenders, two forwards, two goalkeepers, and one midfielder. Five signees come from Oklahoma, two from Colorado, and one from Texas.
"This 2020 class will come in and challenge the returners right away," White said. "I look forward to working with such a committed and soccer-loving group of ladies."
White has led the women's soccer team for the last decade and has posted eight winning seasons. Under his leadership the team has made four straight postseason appearances, which includes three straight Great American Conference Tournament appearances. The Bison swept the 2018 GAC regular season and tournament titles, and are also a two-time GAC runner-up, and 2016 National Christian College Athletics Association national runner-up.
