GREENWOOD, Ind. – The Oklahoma Baptist women's soccer team had six student-athletes earn College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors on Tuesday.
Ashley Bell,
Hali White,
Lani Waddle,
Lauren Hanley,
Sam Sheffield and
Lex Williamson qualified for the recognition this fall, marking the third consecutive season that the Bison program reached a half-dozen award-winners.
To qualify, a student-athlete had to have possessed at least a 3.50 grade point average, been of sophomore standing and have legitimate playing credentials. CSC guidelines limit schools to six nominees.
For Williamson, White and Bell, they are now multiple-time honorees while Waddle, Hanley and Sheffield earned their first career accolades.
