GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - With two days down, the Oklahoma Baptist women's swimming and diving team began day three of the RMAC Championships as they made a splash throughout the day, beginning with the 100 breaststroke.
Highlighting the night for the Bison was
Cassidy Wright in the 1-meter dive. Her third place finish with a final score of 416.30 earned her NCAA A Cut. As an automatic bid, Bison nation will see Wright in the NCAA Championships come mid-March.
Juliana Cifuentes earned herself an NCAA B Cut with a time of 1:03.77 in the 100 breaststroke as she landed a third place finish. Juliana was not the only Cifuentes to make headlines.
Laura Cifuentes earned herself a third place finish in the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:10.55.
The final night of the RMAC Championships will host finals of the 1650 freestyle, 100 freestyle, 200 backstroke, 200 breaststroke, and the 400 freestyle relay. Prelims begin at 9:30 a.m.
