Gibson Earns Frontier League All-Star Nod

SHAWNEE – Former Bison pitcher Tyler Gibson has been named to the Frontier League All-Star Game.
 
Gibson is making his first All-Star appearance in his second season with the Frontier League's Florence Freedom. The 6-4 righty holds a 2.76 earned run average in seven starts this season, including two complete games.
 
A native of Wister, Oklahoma, Gibson went 8-3 for the Bison in 2017 after transferring from Wichita State.
