SHAWNEE – Seven members of the Bison baseball program were recognized by the Great American Conference as awards were announced Saturday morning ahead of the league's 2019 postseason tournament in Enid, Oklahoma.

Headlining the list for OBU was senior outfielder
Jake Gozzo, who earned All-Defensive and First Team All-Conference accolades.

Joining Gozzo on the All-GAC First Team was starting pitcher
Jake Lipetzky, catcher
Ramon Enriquez, and designated hitter
PJ Harris.

OBU's four First Team selections tied Arkansas-Monticello for the most of any program.

In addition, second baseman
Garrett McKee received honorable mention honors from the league, while
Bryan Geurkink and
Caleb Bly were named Distinguished Scholar Athletes.
