BENTONVILLE, Ark. – The Lady Bison tennis team hung tough, extending three singles matches to third sets, but wasn't able to overcome second-seeded Harding in Friday's Great American Conference semifinals.

The Lady Bisons took the doubles point with wins at Nos. 1 and 3.

Playing from behind, OBU tried to make up ground in the singles matches, picking up wins by All-GAC second teamer
Alex Bowers at No. 4, and by
Madeleine Boepple at the No. 5 spot.

But the deficit was too much for the Lady Bison to overcome, as Harding scored victories at No. 2 and No. 5, before securing a spot in the tournament finals with a hard-fought 7-6, 7-6 win by Hana Folse over OBU's
Tahlia Walsh at No. 3

GAC Player of the Year
Kim Moosbacher was tied 5-5 in her third set when the match was called.

With their conference tournament run now complete, the Lady Bison now await a potential berth in an NCAA Regional.
