EDMOND, Okla. - The Oklahoma Baptist women's golf team shot a 333 in the final round of the RCB-UCO Invitational for a two-round score of 659 to place eighth on Tuesday afternoon.
Elly Baze led the Bison after shooting her second straight 79, good for a two-round score of 158 and a 21st place finish at the event.
Josie Patterson followed that up with an 84 and a two-round score of 163 while
Hayden Meiser shot an 86 for a two-orund score of 168.
Michelle Carr shot an 84 for a two-round score of 168 while
Shelby Phillips shot an 87 for a two-round score of 173.
Central Oklahoma won the event after a two-round score of 601 including a 295 in round two while Arkansas tech was second with a 608. Central Missouri was third with a 613 while Tarleton State was fourth with a 619. Southwestern Oklahoma State rounded out the top five with a 628.
OBU returns to action next week for their final event of the season as they compete at the Midwest Classic Golf Tournament at Mules National Golf Club in Warrensburg, Mo.
