Oklahoma Baptist returned to swimming and diving competition after a lengthy layoff against Ouachita Baptist. The Bison won all 32 events in what amounted as a tune-up for NCAA Division I competition later this month.
OBU had 48 different participants in both the men and women's competition as Coach Sam Freas used the bulk of his entire roster.

Robinson Molina who swam the fastest 100-meter backstroke in NCAA Division II as part of the Bison's relay team. Molina recorded a time of 54.02 seconds,.
OBU will next compete against Southern Methodist in a dual Saturday, Sept. 26 in Dallas.
