SHAWNEE – After a weekend away from Great American Conference action, Lady Bison volleyball looks to get back into conference play when they make the trip to Durant to face Southeastern Oklahoma State at 7 p.m. Tuesday's tilt is the first of four matches in a busy week for the Lady Bison.

Oklahoma Baptist (6-8, 1-0 GAC) went 3-2 last week with a win over Northwestern Oklahoma State in the GAC opener, as well as a pair of in-region triumphs over Missouri Southern State and Southwest Baptist at the GAC/MIAA Crossover. Southeastern (4-8, 0-0 GAC) went 1-3 this past weekend, and will open up their conference schedule when they host OBU Tuesday night.

Mikayla Watson continues to lead the OBU offense, averaging 3.29 kills per set, while OBU as a whole has raised their average to 12.14 kills per set.
Hayden Blair and
Jenna Gremmel have begun to split time at setter, with Gremmel holding a team-high 7.90 assists per set and Blair at 2.84. At the Crossover, Blair averaged 5.25 assists/set.

Last week saw strong play at the net, with OBU averaging 2.35 blocks per set, including a season-high 14 total blocks against Emporia State.
Brecken Roquemore leads the team with just under a block/set at .93. On the back row,
Kelsi Chavez took over as libero and averaged 4.6 digs per set last week, and now is averaging 3.49 for the season.
Delayna Mills has a team-high 4.47 digs/set.

The Savage Storm is currently averaging 10.9 kills/set, paced by Abby Jameson at 2.71 kills/set. Southeastern also features two setters, with Sydney Meget and Jodi Mixon splitting time in the role and combining for 9.72 assists/set.

Southeastern's defense is allowing 11.9 kills/set, with opponents swinging .200. Caitlin Cosby is the marshal on the back row, leading the team at 5.13 digs/set. At the point of attack, Arianna Baker and Hallie Smith have combined for 1.16 blocks/set.
