SHAWNEE – The Great American Conference Tuesday selected Oklahoma Baptist's
Caleb Bly as its Pitcher of the Week.

Bly, a redshirt freshman from Midlothian, Texas, was 1-0 in two relief appearances, allowing no hits in seven innings of work. He struck out 15 batters and carried perfect numbers in opponent batting average and earned run average.

In his Great American Conference debut, Bly struck out 11 Ouachita Baptist batters in five innings and got the win. He also threw two innings of hitless relief at Cameron.

It is the first weekly GAC award of any kind for the baseball team and the first of Bly's career.
