SHAWNEE – After an impressive season-opening victory, the Lady Bison will head to Springfield, Missouri, Friday for their first back-to-back matches of the season. The Lady Bison will take on a tough Drury team on Friday before taking on Lindenwood on Saturday.
The OBU women enter this weekend's competition in Springfield following a 6-3 victory over Washburn in Oklahoma City.
The Lady Panthers came into the year ranked 12
th in the ITA Division II rankings. Drury started off the season in similar fashion to the Lady Bison, defeating Washburn 8-1 in their season opener. That win sparked a 4-0 start to season in which the Lady Panthers have only given up four points combined in those victories. Their most recent victory came against Nebraska-Kearney by a count of 8-1.
The Lindenwood Lions, the Lady Bison's second match in their back-to-back, came into this season ranked eighth in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association Coaches Poll. They will enter the match with OBU boasting a 1-0 record after defeating William Jewell College by a score of 7-2.

Kim Moosbacher and
Kateryna Shkot both made it to the quarterfinals in the singles draw at the ITA Central Regional Championships. In doubles, the Moosbacher and Shkot duo won the doubles title.
