Fonville Honored by RMAC

SHAWNEE – The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference named Oklahoma Baptist's Victoria Fonville its Women's Swimmer of the Week, it was announced Wednesday.
 
A junior from Jacksonville, Florida, Fonville posted the top 50-meter freestyle time in NCAA II at 23.48 in the nation at the Jenks Invitational. She also won on the 200 free relay team with Julie Day, Jamie Edwards and Marizel Van Jaarsveld that posted the national fourth-best time at 1:37.8.
 
The preseason RMAC Swimmer of the Year, Fonville owns conference records in the 200 medley and 400 free relays.
