SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist hits the road for its third football game of the season and looking for several 'first wins' when they visit Arkansas Tech.
Along with the first win of the season, the Bison (0-2) look for their first win in Arkansas as a member of the Great American Conference and their first win against a Top 25 team. The Wonder Boys enter with a No. 19 ranking in the AFCA Division II Poll.
Arkansas Tech (2-0) earned that position in the polls with consecutive wins against then-ranked squads Southern Arkansas and Henderson State.
OBU won last season in Shawnee, 19-15.

ATU boasts a defense that has allowed 12.0 points per game, led by junior defensive back Cua' Rose, who has four interceptions this season, and Seth Culp who has registered three sacks from his linebacker position.
OBU counters with the best passing attack in the Great American Conference, averaging 315 yards per game, which ranks 19
th in NCAA Division II.
Preston Haire has come off the bench twice and is fourth in D-2 at 10.86 yards per pass attempt. He is seventh at 16.76 yards per completion and starter
Dezmond Stegall is 23

Stephan Turner has a team leading eight receptions while
Alex Lewis leads with 160 yards in receptions.
Isaiah Mallory is 50
th in the nation at 91 yards per game after his 110-yard outing at Southeastern Oklahoma State.
The Bison offensive line has been impressive with no sacks allowed through two games while giving the running game room for 5.4 yards per carry.
For the Wonder Boys on offense, quarterback Ty Reasnor is a dual threat with 172 yards passing and 37.5 yards rushing per game. Jackob Dean has been Reasnor's top target with 11 receptions for 128 yards.
Safety
Anthony Figueroa has the lone interception for the Bison to go with 15 tackles while linebacker Josh Redmond leads the team with 16 tackles.
