MOBILE, Ala. – Oklahoma Baptist earned a shot to avenge last year's championship loss with their 5-1 win over Emmanuel Thursday in the semifinals of the NCCAA Women's Tennis Championships.

The Lady Bison play Indiana Wesleyan, which held off OBU 5-4 in last year's championship tilt.

Friday's championship match begins at 9 a.m. The Lady Bison are 26-3 on the season and have won 10 consecutive matches. IWU is 35-7 on the season and brings a 13-match win streak into the finals.

Emmanuel College fought hard in the semifinals and OBU led 2-1 after doubles. Rouxanne Janse van Rensburg and
Kim Moosbacher scored a 9-8 win at No. 1 and
Olivia Charvat and
Madeleine Boepple won 8-2 at No. 2.

Needing three singles wins to clinch the match, the Lady Bison got those from Moosbacher at No. 3, 6-2, 6-1, Boepple at No. 4, 6-2, 6-1, and
Alex Bowers at No. 5, 6-1, 6-1.
