Men's Tennis Battles Ouachita Friday at 11

SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist men's tennis hosts its penultimate home match of the season Friday at 11 a.m. as Ouachita Baptist visits.
 
This is the first Great American Conference match for the Bison, who have established a 13-5 record this season.
 
The Bison, ranked eighth in the Central Region, with Kevin Andrusch at No. 18 and Lucas Castelo Branco at No. 20 in the region singles ranking. Castelo Branco and Gianluca Galdi are ranked sixth in the Central.
 
Andrusch and Galdi are both 13-3 in singles this season, followed by reigning GAC Player of the Week Matias Le Fort at 13-4. Castelo Branco is 12-6. Thomas Ackerknecht and Luis Romero are 14-3 in doubles this season.
 
Ouachita Baptist is 1-0 in the GAC and 3-8 overall. Ranked sixth in the region, the Tigers are led by Lennart Lonneman at No. 7 and Juan Moncada at No. 18 in region singles. Luis Chab and Moncada are ranked fourth in doubles regionally.
