Lady Bison Rout CCU

ABILENE, Texas – Oklahoma Baptist captured a 5-0 win over Colorado Christian in their first match of the NCCAA Central Region, hosted by McMurry University, Friday.
 
OBU swept the doubles matches. Rouxanne Janse van Rensburg and Kim Moosbacher won 8-2, as did Alex Bowers and Caroline Abbe at No. 3. Olivia Charvat and Madeleine Boepple won at No. 2, 8-3.
 
Moosbacher put the Lady Bison ahead 4-0 with a 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 3 singles and Alex Bowers was perfect in two sets at No. 5 singles to seal the victory.
 
The Lady Bison return to action Saturday against McMurry at 11:30 a.m.
