BENTONVILLE, Ark. – Oklahoma Baptist knocked off Harding for the second time in less than a week and moved into its first Great American Conference championship match.

OBU won 5-1 and plays Ouachita Baptist Saturday morning for the conference crown. The Bison beat Ouachita 8-1 in the regular season.

OBU trailed big in two of its doubles matches but rallied to take all three.
Thomas Ackerknecht and
Luis Romero trailed 6-2 at No. 2 doubles before rallying for a 9-7 win.

Lucas Castelo Branco and
Matias Le Fort found themselves down 5-0 before scoring a 9-8 win at No. 3 doubles.

Kevin Andrsuch and
Gianluca Galdi won 8-4 at No. 1 doubles.

Andrusch claimed a 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 1 singles and Galdi clinched the match with a 6-2, 2-6, 6-2 win at No. 5 singles.

The tournament had been moved to an indoor facility and the teams were only able to get three matches on at a time. The final three singles matches did not finish.
