WICHITA, Kan.  – OBU men's tennis overthrew Newman in a hard-fought match by a score of 6-3 Saturday afternoon.
 
Three singles matches entered extra sets and doubles tandems of Luis Romero/Thomas Ackerknecht and Lucas Castelo Branco/Matias Le Fort defeated their NU opponents 8-4 and 8-2 respectively.
 
The Bison return to Shawnee to face Great American Conference foe No. 19 Southeastern Oklahoma State at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
