Bison Fall to Washburn

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma Baptist struggled with 28^th-ranked Washburn, falling 9-0 Saturday at the Oklahoma City Tennis Center.
 
Lucas Castelo Branco forced a third set at No. 1 singles and Matias Le Fort lost a pair of close sets at No. 4 singles.
 
Michael Vetter and Kevin Adrusch came close in a 9-7 No. 3 doubles loss.
 
"We had some opportunities in doubles and we didn't win those and it got ugly," said OBU Coach Peter McCorkle. "But this was a lot closer than 9-0."

OBU returns to action Friday at No. 38 Drury in Springfield, Missouri.
