Meet Midfielder Emily Beach

SHAWNEE – The Oklahoma Baptist women's soccer team has announced the signing of midfielder Emily Beach.
 
Beach, a Tulsa native, attended Union High School where she was coached by Brian Elliot. She is a two-time State Champion and National Champion, and made three ECNL playoff appearances. She was also a member of a record-setting 4x400 relay, and earned the Redskin Award.
 
Several schools also recruited Beach, including Oral Roberts University, Tulsa University, Missouri Southern State, and Missouri State University.
 
"I chose OBU because it when I first visited it felt like home. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming," said Beach.
 
Emily is the daughter of Tammy Beach.
