SHAWNEE – The Oklahoma Baptist women's soccer team has signed Hannah Evans for 2017-18.

A defender from Mustang, Oklahoma, Evans attends Mustang High School. While at Mustang, she made three straight State Semifinal appearances, and was crowned District Champion in 2016 under coach Lindsey Riggs.

"Hannah is a fearless player who will anchor the defense. She is highly competitive and will settle for nothing but a win," said Lady Bison head coach
Mike White.

Evans has earned numerous accolades over her high school career, including two Defensive Awards, an All-Metro Conference selection, All-City Team honors, and was named All-District.

"I enjoyed my visit and loved the girls on the team. They made OBU feel like home," said Evans.

The daughter of Tony and Laura Evans, Hannah is a member of the National Honor Society and was named class Valedictorian. She was also recruited by USAO, Southwestern Oklahoma State, and Bethany.
