Bison Earn Votes in Preseason Poll

SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist received votes in the Collegiate Baseball 2017 preseason rankings released last month.
 
The Bison won the NCCAA National Championship last season. OBU was 43-15 after finishing the season on a 15-game win streak, including its last three regular season games and all 12 postseason contests.
 
Nova Southeastern, 44-16 last season, tops the poll. From the Great American Conference, Arkansas-Monticello is ranked 31^st. Southern Arkansas and Henderson State received votes.
 
The Bison open the season Friday, Feb. 3, at 5 p.m. at Bison Field at Ford Park, taking on Baker University.
