Juan Gonzalez were listed by the publication as 2017 Players to Watch.

Parra was the 2016 Great American Conference Pitcher of the Year, American Baseball Coaches Association All-Region and a Second-Team NCCAA All-American. The right-hander from Jacagua Medio, Dominican Republic, was honorable mention NAIA All-America and first-team All-Sooner Athletic Conference as a sophomore.

Parra was 12-3 with a 2.49 earned run average and collected 103 strikeouts in 108 innings, while holding opponents to a .199 batting average.

McPherson, a senior lefty from Ardmore, last season was 7-3 with a 3.32 earned run average, striking out 101 batters in 78.2 innings while holding opponents to a .176 batting average. He was a two-time GAC Pitcher of the Week.

Gonzalez, a junior catcher from Guayanbo, Puerto Rico, is a first-team All-Conference and California Junior College All-State selection. He comes to OBU from College of San Mateo, where he threw out 23 base-stealers last year.
