Lady Bison Set for Early Challenge

SHAWNEE – Coming off an undefeated season in the Great American Conference, the Oklahoma Baptist women's tennis team will begin the 2016-17 campaign Friday and Saturday at the Oral Roberts University Tournament.
 
The Lady Bison return an experienced team that finished runner-up at the 2016 NCCAA National Championships.
 
Olivia Charvat, Alex Morales, and Kateryna Shkot make up the talented senior class set to start their final season.
 
OBU will face a strong field, including Southwest Baptist, the second-ranked team in the NCAA Division II Central Region last season, and Central Oklahoma, who finished the spring ranked No. 7 in the Central Region.
