Volleyball Seventh in Latest NCCAA Poll

GREENVILLE, S.C. – Oklahoma Baptist Volleyball dropped two spots to No. 7 in the latest National Christian College Athletic Association poll. The results of the updated poll were released Tuesday afternoon by the NCCAA national office.

The Lady Bison, who fell in a five-set match against East Central in their only action last week, received 24 points in the national poll. Oklahoma Baptist now sits at 9-8 overall, though they are 3-1 and in sole possession of third place in the Great American Conference.

The top of the poll remained unchanged, with Indiana Wesleyan maintaining their hold on first place. Cedarville and Colorado Christian round out the top three.

Oklahoma Baptist returns to action tonight at 7 p.m. inside the Noble Complex as they are set to host Southwestern Oklahoma State in the first of three GAC contests for the Lady Bison this week.
