OBU Holds Steady in NCCAA Poll

GREENVILLE, S.C. – Oklahoma Baptist held firm at No. 6 in the latest National Christian College Athletic Association Poll. The results of the national poll were announced Tuesday afternoon by the NCCAA office.

Oklahoma Baptist (13-9, 7-2 GAC) retain the sixth spot in the NCCAA poll after splitting a pair of matches against Southern Arkansas and Arkansas-Monticello last week in Shawnee. The Lady Bison received 32 points in the poll, just six points off a spot in the top five.

Despite Indiana Wesleyan maintaining their hold on the top spot with 60 points, there were changes to the top three. Northwestern (Minn.) moved into third, displacing Colorado Christian by four points, while Cedarville (Ohio) still sits in second place.

The Lady Bison return to action tonight at 6 p.m. as they take on Arkansas-Fort Smith inside the Noble Complex in the squad's final non-conference match of the season.
