Fleming Named GAC Athlete of the Week

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Oklahoma Baptist's Dwayne Fleming earned Great American Conference Track Athlete of the Week honors on Tuesday.

He previously earned indoor accolades on Feb. 3.

During the OBU Invitational, Fleming won the 100- and 200-meter dashes with NCAA qualifying times of 10.35 and 20.89, respectively. His finish in the 200 was a personal-best mark too.

The junior also was a part of the winning 4x100 relay team which earned another provisional mark of 40.62.
