RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Terry Coner Jr. collected his fourth Great American Conference Offensive Player of the Week accolade on Monday.
Overall, it is his fifth career selection for this honor.
Coner Jr., continued what he has done all year. He averaged 21.5 points per game and shot nearly 39 percent from the field. He led the Bison to key victories over Harding (78-73) and Arkansas-Tech (66-64) on the road, bumping the team's win streak to 10 games and improving their overall record to 19-2.
Plus, the 6-foot guard only committed two turnovers and snagged five steals.
The No. 10-ranked (NABC) Bison will look to keep their winning streak alive when they head to Southern Nazarene on Feb. 12 at 7:30 p.m.
