SHAWNEE – The Oklahoma Baptist men's basketball team remained ranked No. 7 by the National Association of Basketball Coaches.
Last week, OBU won three times, which included a thrilling 69-67 victory over previously 20th-ranked Ouachita. That result was the team's 15th in a row, and it helped the Bison capture the Great American Conference Regular Season Championship.
To date, coach
Jason Eaker's team has a 24-2 record and 18-2 conference mark. Plus, the last time the program won 15 consecutive games was during the 2011-12 season. Furthermore, OBU's win streak is the fourth-longest in Division II.
OBU is back in action on Feb. 26 at Northwestern Oklahoma State.
