RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Terry Coner Jr., earned his fifth Great American Conference Offensive Player of the Week award on Monday.
He's one of just three Bison men's player to earn the distinction, with the last to Burke Putnam during the 2021-22 season.
Last week, Coner Jr., led OBU with 46 points in two wins over Southern Nazarene and Southeastern. Against the Crimson Storm, the junior guard tallied 27. Plus, in 74 minutes of action he dished out eight assists with just two turnovers.
The leading candidate for GAC Player of the Year honors, Coner Jr., is second in the league in scoring (20.8), fifth in assists (3.6) and eighth in three-point field goal percentage (38.2).
